Green and Healthy Buildings
It is an inevitable trend for green buildings to be healthy for people to live in. We have formulated and implemented the Assessment Standards for
the
Green Buildings, Notice on Comprehensive Promotion of Green Buildings, the CMSK Guidelines for Green and Healthy Technologies of
the CMSK Guidelines for the Modular Application of the 3D
Residential Buildings, the CMSK Technical Guidelines for Smart Communities,
and so on. We also developed the “4+X” system of green and healthy technologies and made constant efforts in developing
Greening Technology ,
low-energy buildings, ultra-low-energy buildings, and zero-energy buildings, endeavoring to create a safe, comfortable, smart and convenient

Since WELL was officially introduced to China, we have paid close attention to WELL standards and their development. Our project design,
construction and operation are based on WELL’s data on China’s public health and epidemic situations. In light of WELL provisions and the
association between health risk factors, we make effective interventions to meet all monitoring indicators. For completed office buildings, we
improve their operation and management through indoor health environmental surveys and other means, so as to enhance occupants’ health and
wellbeing.
